One of the questions I get most related to working out is my favorite supplements I take. I believe that supplements have their benefits but lets remember that they are not a magic pill but rather something to help & assist you in your journey.
Cellucor C4 – this is the most serious relationship I have ever had. We are going on 4 years now. I have taken it on vacation with me, we’ve taken photos together… I’ve even introduced it to my friends and family, and now, I’m going to write a blog about it.
First of all, the taste is AH-MAZING. I can’t not have the Strawberry – Margarita flavor. Aside from the amazing taste it also;

- Makes you SWEAT
- Substitutes your morning coffee if you’re a morning work out junkie like myself – and hate the taste of that black tar.
All in all, I LOVE C4 and I have NO intentions of ever giving this relationship up. If it leaves, I will find it… and probably stock up in bulk.
